Over the next few years, we held leadership positions at various esteemed establishments, including Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, and YOTEL. These experiences provided a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, encompassing corporate and entertainment sales, revenue management, and the vital aspect of hotel technology sourcing as we opened new properties.
A Turning Point: Revenue Strategies and Distribution Channels
In 2007, we took a pivotal step by working as a Revenue Consultant for Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa. This role allowed us to delve deeper into revenue generation strategies and explore new distribution channels. Our focus on maximizing revenue opportunities for hotels would become a cornerstone of our revenue management consulting services.

Following this, we embarked on a successful career path in sales and management within the online travel and technology sectors. Working for Expedia, Cendyn, Booking.com, and various hospitality software companies provided invaluable insights into the ever-evolving landscape of travel distribution and connectivity. We honed our expertise in areas like Property Management Systems (PMS) integrations, online travel agents (OTAs), and distribution channel management.
